Let me explain you in brief about this virus and what it actually does to your body and what are the things that you can do to prevent it. What is COVID 19  and what it does to the body?? We see its symptoms after 14 days which makes it easier for transmission if we are not careful. Meat Balls In Gravy
Meat balls in gravy is an excellent dish particularly during winters. They are divine when cooked right. A good meat ball dish is just the best for any kind of gatherings.
 Nagaland is blessed with some of the best home cooks and I must tell you that they can cook incredibly delectable cuisines.

Let me introduce Miss Tamara Diezeno, a home cook from Kohima Town who brings us one of her delicious reinvented recipe of meat balls. Miss Tamara Diezeno is a teacher by profession, she loves cooking and has completed her catering courses from Kolkata. She says,"Cooking has always been my passion and it makes me happy". She started cooking since she was 8 years old. Her mother has always been her inspiration and she says that she inherited cooking skill from her mother. She believes that patience and love are the two main ingredients for cooking.

Lets starts off with the recipe.

Ingredients: 
Onions: 3 small
Garlic: 2 whole pods
Prawns: 100 grams
Minced beef: 200 grams
Chilli Powder: 1&1/2 tps
Pepper: 1 tbs
Turmeric: 1 tps
Meat Masala: 1/2 tps
Mixed Masala: 2tps
1 egg for binding
Cornstarch for thickening the gravy.
Salt to taste


Method:
1. Mix finely ground meat with pepper, flour, egg and a small pinch of salt,form into balls and keep it aside.

2. Heat a pan with oil preferably rice bran oil and fry the onions and garlic till light brown. Add red chilli powder, mixed spices, meat masala, turmeric, pepper and a pinch of salt. Give it a good stir and allow it to cook.

3. Add some water and leave it to boil.

4. Gradually add the meat balls and allow it to cook for sometime.

5. Now add the cornstarch mixture and leave the gravy to thicken.

Remove the dish from flame and serve hot with steamed rice, hot bread or fried rice.
