Home Made Rose Cookies Recipe

Rose cookies are everyone's favourite and very very easy to make. They are a perfect snack for cold winter evenings. So, why not make it at home and enjoy it with your family and friends.Try out this home made rose cookie recipe and share some with your loved ones this New Year.๐Ÿ˜Š

Things you will need to make the rose cookies
  • 1 Egg
  • Half a cup of Sugar
  • A pinch of Salt
  • Few drops of Vanilla essence
  • Two cups of Refined flour
  • Milk
  • Oil for frying 
  • Half teaspoon of baking powder
  • A rose cookie mould

Method:
  • Beat an egg in a bowl with sugar till it turns fluffy. 
  • Add the flour and mix it well.
  • Now add some milk and mix it till no lump is formed.
  • Then add few drops of vanilla essence, a pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of baking soda, mix it and keep the batter aside.
  • Now heat oil in a deep pan.
  • After the oil is heated, dip the rose cookie maker in the hot oil and leave it for few seconds and then dip it into the batter.
  • After dipping it into the batter transfer it into the hot oil and let it fry.
  • As the cookie changes its colour it will leave the mould itself.
  • Take out the cookie from the oil and lay it on a plate and allow it to cool.
  • As the cookie cools down it hardens and becomes crunchie which is a perfect snack for a lazy winter afternoon.
